Your Funeral Songs provides:
- Free editorial content about funeral music, readings, eulogies, and ceremony planning
- Curated song collections organised by genre, relationship, and tradition
- Paid digital products: the Eulogy Kit (a personalised, AI-assisted eulogy draft) and the My Funeral Wishes Workbook (a fillable PDF for pre-planning your own funeral)
We do not provide music files, streaming services, legal advice, or funeral planning services beyond what is described on the relevant product page.
Personal-use licence
When you buy the Eulogy Kit or the Workbook, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use licence to use, print, and adapt the file for your own use or for one funeral service you are speaking at. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or use the generated content as the basis for a commercial product or service.
AI-generated content
The Eulogy Kit produces a draft using an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) from the details you provide on the form. The draft is a starting point, not a finished speech. You are responsible for reading it through and reviewing it before using it publicly. Names, dates, and quoted material should be checked carefully — although the model writes only from details you provide, large language models can occasionally rephrase or rearrange in ways the writer did not intend.
Workbook is not legal advice
The My Funeral Wishes Workbook records your preferences for a future funeral. It is not a will or any other legally binding document. To make legally binding arrangements about your estate or funeral, please consult a solicitor or qualified estate-planning professional in your jurisdiction.
Refunds
Every digital product is covered by a seven-day no-questions refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
Delivery
Products are delivered via a token-gated download link sent to your order email. Links are valid for 48 hours and can be used up to five times. If your link expires before you have downloaded what you bought, write to support@yourfuneralsongs.com and we will send a fresh one.
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
